Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days.

Free Shipping: Orders of $50 or more within the U.S. automatically qualify for free standard shipping.

Shipping costs for orders under $50 will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping: Currently not available (if offered in the future, rates and times will vary by country).
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly with the carrier.
Delays & Exceptions

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Terraza2 is not responsible for delays outside of our control, but we will assist in tracking your order if needed.
Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us so we can help file a claim with the carrier.
