Shipping policy

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days.

  • Free Shipping: Orders of $50 or more within the U.S. automatically qualify for free standard shipping.

  • Shipping costs for orders under $50 will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • International Shipping: Currently not available (if offered in the future, rates and times will vary by country).


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly with the carrier.


Delays & Exceptions

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

  • Terraza2 is not responsible for delays outside of our control, but we will assist in tracking your order if needed.


Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us so we can help file a claim with the carrier.
